We ship Worldwide. Orders normally ship by Registered Airmail, EMS or Surface mail for international customers. We are not responsible for any extra charges for customs or brokerage fees. The additional costs are not included in the shipping cost. If you refuse the delivery because you do not want to pay the customs or brokerage fees, we require that you cover any return shipping costs aside from the initial shipping fee. By placing an order in our site, you are acknowledging that you understand these terms and will not hold Dollfie World accountable. Please keep in mind that if we would ship your items using a faster service than you requested at a cheaper/same price, we may automatically upgrade it without notification.
EMS: Typically 3 to 5 days delivery time. Insurance limits depend on country of destination. Online tracking number included. This is our safest and most trusted method of international shipping. Shipping costs will be confirmed after the transactions.
Parcel Post: Typically 7 to 14 days delivery time. Insurance limits depend on country of destination. Online tracking number included.
Airmail: Basically just Parcel Post for package less than 2kgs. Online tracking number included.
Surface (also known as SEA shipping): Very slow 8 to 12 week shipping time, no insurance, and not recommended. For some dangerous products such as compressed gas, we force to use Surface shipping.
Local mail : Within 2 working days shipping time. Delivery Confimation and Signature Confirmation available on request.
Returns & Refunds:
We accept requests to return saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 7 days of its delivery to you. You agree that the return or exchange of merchandise after 8 days is not accepted. Please be sure to return everything included with the merchandise. "Saleable" - condition means the item is in like-new condition with all parts and components present, that it's packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer package. Opened "blister pack" or "blister card" merchandise or other items which cannot be opened without cutting or tearing the package may not be returned. Please note, however, that unless the return is necessary because of a shipping error or defective merchandise, the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Hong Kong is your responsibility. Always consult with us (by contacting email@example.com) for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason.
If a return becomes necessary due to a mistake in shipping, shipping damage or a defect in the product, we will compensate you for the shipping charges to return the item to Hong Kong if you ship the item as directed by us. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects.

We're always happy to answer any questions you have about products prior to your placing an order. Because of this, please understand that we will not pay for a return of merchandise simply because it was not what you expected.
